All of our programs are the result of the dedication of our Parker Senior Committee. The mission of the committee is to encourage Older Americans of south-western Arizona to use their abilities and talents for full, rewarding, independent active live.
Congregate Meals
Lunch is served Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The requested donation for seniors, 60 years and over is $3; and anyone under 60 the cost is $4.50. Beside the entree, vegetables, salad and dessert are

Home Delivered Meals
Transportation
Weekly van trips to Lake Havasu City are on Tuesdays, the cost $2 and reservations are required. The van leaves at 1 p.m. and returns by 5, every Tuesday; and on the third Thursday, of each month, the van will leave at 10:45 a.m., so seniors can play bingo and have lunch at the Havasu Senior Center.

Help Line
The center has an Aging and Disabilities Helpline. This is for persons 60 years and over and adults with disabilities. A needs assessment will be done to determine eligibility for local services such as: respite care; home delivered meals; linking to programs such as caregiver resources; and benefits ounseling (understanding health insurance).

Medicare Assistance Program
On the First Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m., the Center will have a representative from the State Insurance Program here to help with any Medicare questions. They can help with other insurance problems. Bring necessary paperwork pertaining to your issued to assist in solving your problem.
